TABU Nutrition Inc.

About Us

TABU Nutrition Inc. is a Canadian company focused on creating smart, effective health supplements for men.

We believe wellness should fit into real life.

Not the monk life. Not the influencer life. Just life-life.

Founded by Two Brothers-in-Law. Powered by Gut Health.

We’re Chris and Charles, co-founders of TABU Nutrition. Brothers-in-law, longtime friends, dads, and guys in our 40s who’ve spent most of our careers in gut health and clinical nutrition.

We didn’t start with branding. We started with science, years of work in digestion, probiotics, and nutrition, and a real problem we kept seeing:

Most fibre supplements suck.

Bland and embarrassing, or overhyped and overdesigned. We knew we could do better and we knew men were being left behind.

Health Was Always Part of Our Story

We grew up in crunchy households. Think alfalfa sprouts, kombucha, and healthy cookies.

While other kids had sugary cereal, we had green juice and probiotic talks before school.

Back then, we rolled our eyes. But it stuck.

Today, we’re still into health, but we also live in the real world:

Kids. Work. Travel. Gym. Burgers. Beer. Repeat.

Why We Started TABU Nutrition

We wanted to build a men’s wellness company rooted in reality:

  • No detox fads
  • No 47-step morning routines
  • No powdered unicorn horn

Just simple, science-backed products

that do what they’re supposed to do.

Mr. Regular: Our First Product (and Your Gut’s New Best Friend)

We started with Mr. Regular, a Canadian-made psyllium husk fibre supplement for men, because fibre is foundational.

When it’s the right kind, in the right dose, and it actually tastes good?

It changes everything:

  1. Better digestion
  2. Smoother bowel movements
  3. Less bloating
  4. A gut that works like it should

That’s what Mr. Regular is all about.

Our Mission: Build Better Gut Health Products for Men

Mr. Regular is for guys who want to stay regular, feel good, and get on with life, no extreme routines, no supplement obsession.

And we’re just getting started.
