Directions

Mix 2 teaspoons (7 g) of powder in 250 ml (1 cup) of cold water. Stir well and drink right away. Follow with a glass of water.

Tip: If you’re new to fibre, start smaller and gradually build up to a full serving as your body adjusts.

Caution: Always take with plenty of water. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.
